RETURN POLICY:
All
returns or exchanges MUST have a return authorization number or they will be
refused.
Requests for an RA# can only be made by calling 212-768-9095
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm est.
* All return/exchange postage, shipping
& handling charges are not reimbursable.
* All return/exchange
requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of shipment.
* All
returns/exchanges must be post marked with 5 business days of receiving RA #
* A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
* Merchandise
must be unused & undamaged condition. It is the sole discretion of Carolina
Amato Inc to determine if returned goods are in saleable condition. Merchandise
that is returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer at their
expense.
* Exchange shipping and handling fess are the customers
responsibility on all exchanges
* There is a restocking fee of $15.00
for all returns/refund requests.
